Service Guy SEO LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, with its registered business address at 4848 E Cactus Rd, Ste 432, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, USA. Throughout the legal documents on this Website, Service Guy SEO LLC is referred to as "we", "us", "our", the "Website owner" or the "Company".
Service Guy SEO LLC is the party responsible for the publication of the Website, for the handling of enquiries submitted through it, and for the processing of personal information described in our Privacy Policy.
3. The Consulat Nanterre atelier
"Consulat Nanterre" is the brand and trading name under which the poker table and chip atelier presented on this Website is described. The Website presents the atelier's craft — the design and construction of poker tables from exclusive hardwoods, the production of custom chip sets, club fit-outs and restoration work — and serves as the written channel through which enquiries about that work are received.
Correspondence concerning craft matters (design, timber selection, production progress, aftercare) is handled through the atelier inboxes listed on our Contact page. Correspondence concerning the Website itself, its legal documents, or the handling of personal information is handled by the Website owner named in section 2.
4. Responsibility for content
Responsibility for the editorial content published on the Website — text, illustrations, page structure and legal documents — rests with Service Guy SEO LLC at the address given in section 2. Enquiries about the accuracy of any statement on the Website should be addressed to [email protected] and will be reviewed within a reasonable period.
Content is prepared with care and reviewed periodically, but it describes craft processes and natural materials whose characteristics vary. Descriptions, illustrations and indicative timelines are not binding statements about any individual commission. The limits of our responsibility for published content are set out in our Disclaimer.
5. Hosting and technical delivery
The Website is delivered by a third-party hosting provider engaged by the Website owner. The provider stores the Website files, serves them over an encrypted connection and keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. The provider acts on our instructions and is bound by confidentiality obligations. Details of the current provider are available on written request to [email protected].
Typefaces used on the Website are requested from a third-party font service at page load. No cookie is set by us for that purpose; the consequences of that request are explained in our Cookie Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All material published on the Website is protected by copyright, database rights, design rights and other intellectual property rights, and belongs to the Website owner or to its licensors. Protected material includes, without limitation:
- the written content of every page, including these legal documents;
- the hand-drawn illustrations, decorative motifs and diagrams;
- the "Consulat Nanterre" name, logo mark and the favicon;
- the page layout, colour system, typographic system and stylesheet;
- photographs and depictions of completed commissions.
You may view the Website, and print or download extracts, for your own private and non-commercial reference. Any other use — republication, redistribution, framing, systematic extraction, mirroring, use for machine-learning training corpora, or incorporation into another product or service — requires our prior written consent. Third-party names, botanical species names and any marks belonging to others remain the property of their respective holders and are used descriptively only.
7. Copyright complaints
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material published on this Website infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to [email protected] including:
- identification of the work you claim has been infringed;
- the exact URL and a description of the material you consider infringing;
- your name, postal address and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Complete notices are reviewed promptly and, where the complaint is substantiated, the material is removed or disabled. We may forward the notice to the person who supplied the material.
8. Nature of the website
The Website is informational. It presents the atelier's work and provides forms through which a written enquiry can be sent. It is not a shop: no order can be placed, concluded or confirmed through the Website, and nothing published on it constitutes a binding offer capable of acceptance. Any commission arises only from a separate written agreement concluded after consultation, as described in our Terms of Service.
9. No gambling activity
The atelier manufactures furniture and gaming accessories. Neither the Website owner nor the atelier operates, hosts, promotes, brokers or facilitates gambling of any kind. The Website contains no wagering functionality, no gaming platform, no play-for-stakes feature and no affiliate arrangement with any gambling operator. Where our products are used, compliance with the laws governing card games in the relevant jurisdiction is the sole responsibility of the user.
10. Regulated professions and certifications
Cabinetmaking and furniture finishing are skilled trades rather than regulated professions requiring registration in the sense of law or medicine. Where a commission requires compliance with local regulation — for example fire-behaviour requirements for upholstery in a public venue, or documentation for the transport of certain timber species — the applicable standard is identified during consultation and confirmed in the individual commission agreement. Certificates relating to timber origin are issued by the relevant certification bodies, not by us, and are supplied with the commission where available.
11. Accessibility statement
We aim to keep the Website usable by as many people as possible and have built it with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as a reference. Measures taken include semantic HTML structure, a skip link to the main content, visible keyboard focus states, text alternatives or decorative marking for illustrations, colour combinations chosen for contrast, respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference, and a layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling on small screens.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort and some content may fall short. If you encounter a barrier, write to [email protected] describing the page and the difficulty; we will correct it where we reasonably can and offer the information in another format in the meantime.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Website and these legal notices are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the Website, subject to any mandatory protection available to consumers under the law of their country of residence, which remains unaffected.
13. Online dispute resolution
We prefer to resolve every complaint directly and in writing. Send the details to [email protected] and we will respond substantively within 30 days. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we consider every reasonable proposal for resolving a matter without litigation. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform where it is available to them.

Notices are treated as received on the second working day after dispatch by post, or on the next working day after transmission by email.
