Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it or submitting an enquiry through it, you accept them in full.
Version 2.0 · Last updated: 1 August 2026 · Effective: 1 August 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website published at consulatalgerie-nanterre.org (the "Website"). They set the rules for browsing the Website and for submitting an enquiry through it. The way commissioned work itself is carried out is governed by a separate document, our Terms of Service.
2. Who we are
The Website is owned and operated by:
Service Guy SEO LLC
4848 E Cactus Rd, Ste 432
Scottsdale, AZ 85254, USA
General: [email protected]
Legal notices: [email protected]
Privacy requests: [email protected]
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the Website owner; "you" means any visitor to the Website.
3. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the Website, browsing any page, or submitting a form, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Legal Information. If you do not accept them, please leave the Website and do not submit anything through it.
4. Eligibility
The Website is intended for adults. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding commitments, and that any details you provide about an organisation are provided with that organisation's authority.
5. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents the Consulat Nanterre atelier — the design and construction of poker tables from exclusive hardwoods, the production of custom chip sets, club fit-outs and restoration work. It is an informational and enquiry channel only.
Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance. No order can be placed, concluded or confirmed through the Website. Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. A commission comes into existence only through a separate written agreement concluded after consultation, as described in the Terms of Service.
6. No gambling services
We manufacture furniture and gaming accessories. We do not operate, host, promote, broker or facilitate gambling in any form, and the Website contains no wagering functionality, gaming platform or play-for-stakes feature. Where you use our products, it is your sole responsibility to comply with the laws governing card games in your own jurisdiction.
7. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
- submit false, misleading, defamatory or impersonating information through any form;
- send automated, repetitive, bulk or spam submissions, or use the forms for solicitation;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, or any connected system;
- probe, scan, stress-test or otherwise interfere with the integrity or performance of the Website;
- scrape, harvest, mirror, frame or systematically extract content, whether manually or by automated means;
- use content from the Website to train or fine-tune machine-learning systems without our written consent;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice;
- upload or transmit material that infringes the rights of any third party.
Breach of this section may constitute a criminal offence in some jurisdictions; where appropriate we will report it.
8. Enquiries and submitted material
When you send us sketches, photographs, dimensions, artwork or specifications, you retain all ownership in that material. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce internally and adapt it strictly for the purpose of assessing your enquiry and, if a commission follows, executing it. You confirm you have the right to send us the material and that its use for that purpose infringes nobody's rights. We will not publish material you send us without asking you first.
9. Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you submit. Room dimensions, seat counts, access constraints and destination climate materially affect what can be designed and delivered; a proposal based on inaccurate information may not be achievable and may need to be revised.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — text, illustrations, diagrams, layout, colour and typographic system, logo, favicon, stylesheet and script — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors. You may view the Website and print or download extracts for private, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written consent. Nothing on the Website grants any licence to use the "Consulat Nanterre" name or logo.
11. Descriptions and availability
Wood is a natural material: colour, figure, density and movement vary between species, between boards and along a single billet. Illustrations, swatches and photographs on the Website are representative rather than exact, and screen rendering differs between devices. Species availability depends on the small lots we can source and on the moisture readings of stock in our store. Descriptions of collections, dimensions and lead times are indicative and are fixed only in an individual written agreement. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website's content at any time without notice.
12. Third-party links
The Website may link to external resources for reference. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
13. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be suspended, restricted or withdrawn for maintenance, security or business reasons, without notice and without liability to you. We are not responsible for failures caused by your device, your network or your internet service provider.
14. Suspension of access
We may block access to the Website, refuse to process a submission, or decline further correspondence where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached — in particular the acceptable use rules in section 7. Where the breach is minor and capable of being remedied, we will normally say so first.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be secure, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. See also our Disclaimer.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on any content published on it, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Website owner, its members, officers and personnel against any claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or material you submit through it.
18. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these Terms.
19. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something about the Website concerns you, write to [email protected] with the details. We acknowledge complaints within five working days and respond substantively within 30 days. Both parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution in writing before commencing formal proceedings.
20. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page when you use the Website is the version that applies to that use. Material changes are highlighted with an updated version number and effective date at the top of the page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. General provisions
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in full force.
- No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to a successor of our business, on notice.
- No partnership. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
- Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
- Entire agreement. Together with the documents referred to in them, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Website.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
22. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident elsewhere retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in their country of residence under the law applying there.
